Policy Statement

SUPPLIER STANDARDS

Anthony believes that human rights are a fundamental standard for our employees. We also believe that it should form the basis for treatment for all of our business partners, contractors and suppliers. Anthony is committed to supporting the human rights of individuals involved and impacted in our global operations.

While governments typically have the primary responsibility for protecting and upholding the human rights of their citizens, Anthony believes that we, and other companies, have a tremendous opportunity to influence human rights throughout the world. In order to achieve this goal, Anthony will strive to create a working environment of respect, integrity, fairness and in conformance with all local, regional and national laws. Anthony expects that our business partners will operate their businesses in the same way.

Anthony has facilities located throughout the globe:

  • Sylmar, California, USA
  • Audubon, Iowa, USA
  • Madison, Georgia, USA
  • Colonial Heights, Virginia, USA
  • Brantford, Ontario, Canada
  • Lucca, Italy
  • Shanghai, China

In each of our operations, human rights principles are an important part of our employment policies, procedures and practices. These same principles are incorporated into our relationships with our suppliers and customers.

Anthony works with suppliers and subcontractors throughout the globe. They are an important part of our success and our culture. We expect each of these business partners to conduct their business with same commitment to ethical business practices as Anthony. The workplace practices that we expect from our suppliers, subcontractors and other business partners include:

  • Suppliers are not to use slave labor and human trafficking, illegal child labor or forced labor.
